I am Kees van Wezel and after more than 35 years of experience in hospitality, (out of home) retail, food service, coffee, petrol and leisure, I started my own business. With Hospitable Growth, I help organizations grow by putting hospitality, experience and positivity at the center. Growing is not just about numbers. You only really grow by making guests feel welcome and exceeding their expectations.

Hospitality is creating an experience where customers, guests and employees 
really feel welcome, valued and connected.

It goes beyond service or provision; it is a strategic force that builds trust, increases loyalty and makes growth possible. Hospitality is about attention, empathy and exceeding expectations – every interaction is an opportunity to add value and strengthen relationships.

At Hospitable Growth, I believe that real growth begins with people. Growth is not just about numbers or strategy, but about the way we interact with each other.
